Shipping policy


All UK Mainland orders are sent within 1 working day and are normally delivered within 3-5 business days of your order being placed depending on which delivery service is applicable. All orders received by 1 pm are usually dispatched the same day. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstance (COVID-19). Always check your tracking if possible. - All orders received before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded) are packaged and aimed to be shipped the same day where possible by Royal Mail 48h Standard Delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

If you selected an Express Delivery and placed an order before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded), your order will be sent by Royal Mail 24h Tracked Express Delivery (which in some cases may take up to 2 days). Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

If you selected a Next Day Delivery and placed an order before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded), your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning. Therefore, if you place an order on the weekend with Next Day Delivery, you will receive it on a Tuesday. 

Orders with insufficient or wrong information will take longer as we try to gather the correct information.

Once orders are in transit with Royal Mail, we cannot add any changes to address details, we have no control over delivery times therefore we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries. The cost of delivery is FREE on all standard UK orders. The shipping cost for orders from different countries will be calculated at the checkout. 

All Europe (Express Europe by DPD) and North American orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service. A signature is required upon delivery. These services will take approximately 3-14 working daysPlease allow an additional 10 business days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstance. Change of delivery address: For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. For any changes please contact us immediately on [email protected] or our social media.

Cancellations: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels damaged in transit: If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact [email protected] with the next steps.

Product shortage: If we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we will contact you with alternative colours, flavours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered is acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you, if this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order and a full refund will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card.

Any Unsuitable Items will be accepted for Exchange or Refund (Excluding Special Offers which are non-returnable and non-refundable) within 14 days of receiving your order only if returned in Original Packaging and Tags still attached accompanied by a copy of Smartwatch for Less Invoice. Please note, the Money Back Guarantee does NOT apply to international orders. The Customer will be liable for the Return Postage Costs. If your order is received damaged or does not work, Smartwatch for Less Ltd will cover the return costs. If the customer provides an untruthful reason for the return, Smartwatch for Less Ltd reserves full right for issuing a partial refund.

No Refunds or Exchanges will be sent until Smartwatch for Less receive Original Purchase, it is advised to use Recorded Delivery as proof of Postage/Delivery.
